The first visit evaluation is very thorough and discuss your concerns and set a goal plan specifically for your needs. I've visited several physical therapy clinics over the years with little results or little satisfaction. Though it's only my second appointment with Ben I'm very impressed. My first experience with Mountain State Physical Therapy was 4 years ago when my brother was diagnosed with ALS, Adam worked with him and was so kind and compassionate, so when I was recently diagnosed with a shoulder impingement, of course, I chose Mountain State.  Richard is awesome and spends your appointment time working one on one with you.  I have only been there 3 times and already am doing so much better. Professional, friendly staff. Always pushing, never demanding. They want you to be the best you when it is all said and done. Positive instruction with proper form is stressed. Love this place. Been having therapy at Weston  on and off for 2 years. Richard Gandee is great couldn't ask for a better therapist.  He listens to you not just goes by what test say and Tierra is always there with a smile to greet you. Plus a shout out to Andy and Tracie have had therapy with them also in the past. I’ve only been to the one located in Weston, WV but that’s one of the best perks.  They always have an office located nearby.  I unfortunately have suffered from lower back problems, followed by neck issues, which kept me in therapy for about 18 months.  I was kept comfortable and given exercises and natural things I could and still do at home even after my back surgery. No neck surgery yet and of course the place I chose for my ankle injury. I’m all about getting better and they’re all about getting you that way.  Well educated, very caring about your needs and willingness to explain any questions you might have.
