The staff at the Caldwell location are amazing and welcoming they definitely care about their patients needs. They take their time and help you get the best results from your Physical Therapy. After 8 weeks of therapy at Caldwell location of First Settlement, I am now done.. Were there hard days, heck YES!!!! Those first few weeks after total knee replacement were definitely some of the hardest that I ever did. From the stationary bike to all the stretching and pulling till the ice pack at the end, I was not expecting this recovery to be so HARD…But thanks to Drew, Aaron,Jenna and Madison I made it.  I still have a long recovery to go, but with all their help and continuing at home, I will make it.. So THANK YOU to all of them!!! I would highly recommend them for your PT !!!!!

FSPT is the one of the best things that can happen to your life! I was ready to give up when they gave me a ray of hope. They're hard core and they'll make you work but, in the end, they care and they know what they're doing and they do it well. If it seems like you've been handed a bad card without reason let these guys put you on the fast track to health. I tried a technique called dry needling for my tight and knotted muscles administered by Drew at FSPT in Caldwell. He is the best!!!  He took the time to listen to my concerns and provided excellent care. Not only did he make me feel more than comfortable, the entire office staff did also. Everyone is friendly and really helpful. I always felt welcome. I never talked much be cause I am just a quiet shy person. But I want too thank Aaron, Jenna and Drew for being helpful and guiding me. Also thanks Amber for making scheduling easy, and always scheduling me on the days that were best for me. The place was always clean. If I ever get sent back to PT I hope I get to come here. You all did a good job helping me, to bad I hurt my self outside of PT to where I had to stop coming. But I start going to a back and spine specialist starting Monday. Thanks Drew also for listening to me on my last day of PT. You all are really professional and I see that you care about all your patients and work well with them. I have received excellent care from First Settlement. Every therapist I have had has been very helpful, positive, and professional. They have employed a wide variety of techniques, always willing to adjust the treatment if it will help, and always treating the whole patient. With PT sometimes treating one area can aggravate another problem. They are sensitive to that and able to change course if it will help. First Settlement of Caldwell has THE best physical therapy employees around. I had a left total knee replacement in August and a right total knee replacement in November and I would not have gotten back to work as quickly as I did without their professional help. I want to say a HUGE thank you to Drew, Aaron, Amanda and Amber for providing a warm, relaxing and professional environment to rehab at and I highly recommended First Settlement of Caldwell to anyone needing therapy. The level of care provided by the entire staff is nothing short amazing. My Therapist was constantly evaluating and adjusting my therapy regiment to fit my optimal recovery. I applaud them for involving students in the therapy team creating a learning environment. I am not saying therapy was easy, it’s hard work and the client needs to know they are making little or a lot of improvement. That takes place constantly. Amber is terrific she deals with working a schedule around your life. She communicate with insurance or workers Comp decreasing your stress.
