They got me back on my own two feet after my joint replacement surgery and I had a very pleasant experience with the staff.  Everyone there are very friendly and supportive to make the physical therapy process as enjoyable as possible. Updated Spring of 2026! Two total knee replacements in 5 months and a lot of PT later, and I “graduated” Physical Therapy today as good as new. I feel really good! I cannot thank the talented PT’s, PTA’s, and staff at FSPT Eleanor enough, they have helped me so much and have become friends over the past year and I will sincerely miss all of them. Thank you guys so very much for everything. 💖 Finished up my PT for bad knees this week. Coming in, I was unable to walk without a walker, cane, or crutches, after a few months of PT I feel stronger than I have in years and no longer need those things. The therapists are knowledgeable, patient, and kind and made therapy fun. Really great group of people. Many many thanks to Tyler, Daniel, and Zach, ya’ll have helped me more than you probably realize. 🙂. Referred for physical therapy on my  left ring finger after surgery.  I had no movement in the joints of my finger but after my insurance approved sessions with Tyler, Juana, and Daniel I have regained 75% movement in the affected joints.  As my insurance approved sessions ended, I was given the option of continuing my therapy on my own from home with instructions provided by Tyler or seeking insurance approval for continued office therapy.  I chose to do home therapy for the next four weeks with the knowledge that if my progress doesn’t continue I can return to the office and have them obtain insurance approval for further treatment.  I appreciate the excellent care I have received from the therapists and also from the office manager, Lisa.  I highly recommend these wonderful professionals.

I started therapy in July after surgery on my right hand. My therapist were Tyler Shamblin, Daniel Walker, and Jake Durham. The therapist and staff were very professional but also very friendly, concerned and cared about my progress. I would recommend this group to anyone needing therapy.  They were GREAT!!!!  I have continued working with balance and walking to get more strength.  They are great therapist to work with. I recommend them highly Jan. - March 2026. After knee replacement surgery I chose to go to First Settlement. So happy that I did. The therapists I worked with. Tyler, Daniel and Juanna, were all so knowledgeable and great to work with. Physical Therapy is not for the weary!  It’s challenging and brutal after having a surgical procedure.  It takes time to heal and everyone has their own experience with pain as the healing journey unfolds.  For myself, a torn bicep, superior and anterior tears in my right shoulder went above and beyond painful - after surgery, the pain was excruciating!  I didn’t feel I would be able to achieve goals with my range of motion.  Three months into therapy, I can say I have achieved some of my goals and continue to strive to meet the others.  Keeping in mind it takes time and “trusting the process” has been the key to success.  I am not finished and have three more months to go.  I am determined to get back to a new normal.  Another factor is all the therapy/exercises I do at home along with ice therapy and a TENS unit.  All have been instrumental in this healing process.  First Settlement Therapy continues to push me onto the finish line, tears and all.  I would highly recommend them to anyone needing PT!  It’s not easy but if you discipline yourself, with the support of the therapists, you will achieve your goals guaranteed.  Thank you FSPT!

Well, at 73, I was hoping for surgery. But Dr. said no and off to therapy he sent me. I got so much help with strengthening my grandma muscles. Such a huge help. The therapists are patient and kind. This is my last week of Physical Therapy and I am so pleased with my results.  The exercises I was given have been extremely helpful.  I had a broken heel a few years ago and was unable to walk a long way.  These therapists have helped me get back on a walking schedule and I am so thankful. I am a senior with a partially torn rotator cuff. I am hoping to avoid surgery. Team FSPT worked with me and I have improved to a level that surgery may not be necessary. They interact with patients and this was a positive experience. If I do need further PT I will return to them.

Daniel, Robin, Lisa, and even Tyler we’re phenomenal! They got my elbow back to where it was supposed to be with strength and dexterity. They were more than therapists and office staff, they became friends and listened to me about my aches and pains. I recommend EVERYONE who says they need physical therapy to FSPT in Eleanor. They go above and beyond to get you back to where you need to be. And PS:  I think we can all agree that JarJar is the most annoying Star Wars character, not the best Tyler 😂. I was very impressed with the care I received. I had other places I had used for PT services and wasn't sure about changing places.  My doctor recommended I give fspt a try. So glad I did.. I recommend you call them if you need PT I did what they had me to do and it made a lot of difference. They keep you busy and encourage you as you do the therapy. I saw results in a few visits. All in all a decent experience, there was one point in which I misunderstood the current "goal" and thought I really wasn't progressing with PT, however, Tyler and Daniel let me know exactly what we were working on and set everything straight for me. This is by far the best physical therapy clinic I have been to.  It is clean and the atmosphere is very comfortable. No waiting at all. Tyler, Daniel, and Kaityln are awesome! They really know what they are doing.  I went there for a back injury and they did an outstanding job and told me to drop back in if I had any trouble with it at all.
