My name is Ruby I am David’s wife I had shoulder replacement and went to First Settlement for my therapy. They were so professional and helpful and they addressed the issue very well. My experience so far at FSPT McArthur has been wonderful. I've worked with Bailey and Cheyenne, and they have both been amazing. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and truly make you feel comfortable during your appointments. I'm already seeing improvement, and I really appreciate the care and encouragement they've given me. I had an excellent experience at First Settlement Physical Therapy. I came in with a neck issue that was really limiting my range of motion and affecting my day-to-day life. From the very beginning, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in my recovery. They took the time to understand my condition and created a personalized treatment plan that made a noticeable difference week by week. The therapists Alli along with Bailey and Wyatt were not only skilled but also encouraging and attentive, always making sure I was comfortable and progressing at the right pace. By the time I completed my therapy, I felt great—my range of motion was fully restored, and I was able to return to my normal activities without pain or stiffness. They took the time to explain my treatment plan and listened to my concerns before and after my knee surgery. Great to have this in our community & I highly recommend this location! I have degenerative disease in my neck. I begin having a lot of headaches and neck pain. I started my physical therapy 5 sessions ago (2 1/2 weeks ago). I could really feel a difference after the 3rd session. No more headaches and no pain. I have a little discomfort every now and then. I do my stretches and I feel better. This location provides exceptional service as well as friendly staff to greet you. We love FStp Mcarthur Ohio !! The staff are all kind and knowledgeable. It's so nice to have a local option for physical therapy!  Recently my daughter needed some rehab for her ankle after a fracture.  They had no issues working with our crazy schedules, and their convenient location made it a breeze.  They listened to my fears/concerns and she really had a great time with her therapy. Having had physical therapy on multiple occasions I have found that the McArthur branch of First Settlement has provided me with excellent care. The staff there have been very knowledgeable and caring. Overall i would defiantly recommend them to others.
