This one of the best physical therapy facilities I have been to. They are very knowledgeable and patient and very helpful. I was having a lot of limitations due to a car wreck and they have helped me tremendously. I just finished my knee therapy at FSPT. I had constant pain for a couple of years after a torn meniscus. I had been told about FSPT so I checked on it. I went twice a week for an hour. The therapist, Jayden, was very helpful. She led me through several exercises and made printed instructions for me so I could exercise at home. My experience with first settlement has been wonderful. I’ve worked with Michael, Cordell, and Jayden and all of them have been absolutely amazing, not only in their professionalism and care for my injury, but also in being very personable and easy people to talk to. I would recommend first settlement to anyone looking for physical therapy, and regardless of who you work with while you are here you will work with someone who cares about your injury and recovery, and someone who talks with you like a friend. Highly Recommend! I had knee surgery and required immediate PT within a few business days. First Settlement was great to work with from the very first phone call to the final “cya later”. Dr. Graley and team are professional, knowledgeable, and provide 1:1 care that is absolutely priceless. The therapist working with me was by my side throughout my entire appointment, every single appointment. First Settlement Physical Therapy has been absolutely amazing for our family. Rowdey works with Michael and Cordell, and we truly cannot say enough good things about them. They are patient, knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely care about Rowdey as a person—not just a patient. The progress he has made since starting therapy here has been incredible, to the point that his team at Cincinnati Children’s has been amazed by how far he’s come. Michael and Cordell push him in all the right ways while still making therapy fun and positive. We are so grateful for their dedication, expertise, and the impact they’ve had on Rowdey’s journey. These Ladies and gentlemen are top notch. They have brought me back from wheelchair to walking on my own.Then had a setback that had me in the bed for a month with cardio issues.We are now getting back to where we were but we gain on it every session.So glad I have this amazing staff in my life to be the very best I can be.Kirby really keeps everything running smoothly and really makes scheduling great to work with your schedule. My daughter needs physical therapy due to an ongoing issue. Today when I called, the front office staff were great. We have heard great things about Michael Farley and his experience with athletes, but we were hesitant about our insurance. Absolutely the BEST attention to details in Therapy that I have ever experienced in years following my accident in the Military. Not only great Doctors and PT, the Receptionist is 100% the best of the best that I have EVER had any interaction with, over the phone AND especially in person checking in and checking out. Her attention to her patients, her attitude, her personality, knowledge and ability to communicate and navigate through the paperwork process is excellent. Wowza!!!! Dr. Fraley is an outstanding pt. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and truly cares about his patients. He took the time to understand my shoulder injury and treated me when I broke my tib-fib, explained everything clearly, and helped me stay motivated throughout my recovery. I really like how fast and efficient they work. Michael has helped me several times first time preventing me from having surgery on my shoulder  and being able to play again. I highly recommend using Michael Fraley. He and his staff are kind and courteous. I have been treated personally and they take care of my family as well. My son has been a patient for the last few years. Each time Michael treats my son he does so to keep him playing sports and get him healthy as quickly as possible. Michael and his team treat sports injuries but also treat many other injuries and chronic pain. Again I cannot say enough about Michael Fraley and his approach to treatment. Highly recommend FSPT. He helped me recover from a frozen shoulder and was determined to get me back to 100% mobility.  I also suffered from major stiffness in my back, neck and hips and the dry needling and stretching he performed on me improved my mobility tremendously. I hurt my back, to the point of not even being able to stand up straight most days. I couldn’t pick up my foot. The pain was unbearable at times and always present. I went to a neurosurgeon and they said I was looking at injections and surgeries which would only provide temporary relief. She ordered physical therapy to follow insurance protocol and I thought physical therapy wasn’t going to change anything. Working with Michael has honestly changed my whole quality of life. I am no longer in pain, I’m stronger than I’ve been in years and able to do things I’d never thought I’d be able to do again. I can lift my foot after 2 years of not being able to. He will even dry needle for my headaches and keep me headache free for weeks at a time .I would recommend Michael or anyone on his team in a heartbeat!
