First Settlement Physical Therapy (FSPT) in Belpre, Ohio is the BEST! I had two amazing experiences there. I had my right knee replacement in May and PT at FSPT for seven weeks following the surgery. I had my left knee replacement in December and had PT at FSPT for six weeks. The entire staff was fantastic. They made me feel like they really cared about me. They took my recovery seriously and were invested in my hitting my goals. My experience there was great from start to finish. Every single person there was friendly and welcoming. I especially want to thank Bambi Monroe as my PT and Neely Stealey and Melissa Barrett for their attentiveness and helpfulness. First Settlement Physical Therapy in Belpre, Ohio, has taken through me the recovery phase of my double knee replacement. Their knowledge and professionalism helped me meet my goals so that I can walk more normally with less pain. I know it’s a long process to total recovery and they teach me the exercises I need to do going forward. And they listen!!  They listen to my concerns and offer help and encouragement. My little guy broke is elbow at wrestling practice and was having issues with range of motion and strength after cast removal. First Settlement was able to get him right in and worked with him. I've been through a lot of therapy in my life but First Settlement has been the best.  I absolutely love the pool for therapy. I have nothing but the highest praise for FSPT.  They helped me get the most out of my extensive cervical spine surgery.  They also helped get me ready for a total shoulder replacement, by keeping my shoulder moving and strong enough for the surgery. From the first moment we walked in the door, we knew we’d selected the best place for physical therapy. They welcomed us as family, connected with my teenage son and made the 9 month physical therapy process amazing for him. At completion of his therapy sessions he was able to accomplish every bit, plus some, of what was necessary. We are thrilled with his PT results and the level of care he received. As an athlete, my son was nervous starting the process, unsure if he could do what was needed. Ryan was so encouraging and supportive and built my son’s confidence. The therapist were professional and friendly.  They made the time seem to go fast.  They were able to answer my questions and gave helpful pointers for my at home therapy. After abusing and injuring my body for over 20 years in the military and government services,  it was time to get my lower back, left knee and lower neck (which I have either nearly broke, dislocated and severely injured) back in working order. FSPT has been my savior pertai to these particular areas. Jennifer is absolutely the best...patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. After 2 months, my body feels results, and I'm walking and even jogging without sharp pains running down my sciatica, knee locking out, or extreme neck pain. Bambi is a rockstar!!! I was having some major hip/back issues and she taught me some great exercises and stretching techniques that I will continue doing—trying to keep my muscles stretched and strong. When I first went I could hardly move my lower back muscles were in bad shape my Dr. Suggested therapy at first I didn’t think it would work but after a few times of going I started getting better finally after a few weeks I was much better glad I went to fspt and did not have to have any surgery they have an awesome team. As much as you could possibly love going to physical therapy I love it at this physical therapy in Belpre Ohio. Everyone is very friendly and kind. I could drive one mile to another first settlement Physical Therapy but I prefer to drive 6 miles and go to the one in Belpre.

I have been going to FSPT for about 6 weeks plus In Belpre, Ohio. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. The staff and everyone are just so friendly and dedicated to their job. Jeff Cowen works with me and he is very professional and always making sure I understand every little detail and explains everything in great detail so I understand. I had bi-lateral knee replacements on 7/18/18. Thanks to the wonderful people at First Settlement Physical Therapy, I have been walking with a cane for 2 weeks now and can drive again. The whole staff is very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. They even make me laugh...and that's important for MY recovery. I injured my knee in June of 2017 and had 2 surgeries (all in 2017) prior to my total knee replacement in January 2018. FSPT has helped me gain so much range of motion and the limp I have had since June 2017 is getting so much better.  I love the Nu Step there. My time at FSPT was AWESOME! The staff was great to work with and when I called to schedule my first appointment they got me in the very next day! No one else in town or in the area for that matter was able to do that! I won't go anywhere but FSPT from here on out and I won't recommend anyone else!!
