I give this facility 10000 plus stars. The receptionist, DJ, was very kind friendly n helpful with my schedules. She is always smiling.  Amy, my therapist,  was supportive encouraging and awesome. I really was poorly when I started. I could hardly walk let alone ride the bike. With Amy's help dedication n understanding I got through n passed my therapy sessions. Thank you n God bless . Everyone is so nice and they understand.  Thank goodness Emily left or I wouldn’t came there.   I just wish I could of got some relief but the exercise hurts me and I couldn’t sleep at night

I have done 5 weeks of therapy out of my ordered 6. They have been fantastic, friendly and caring throughout the whole process. I have made a lot of improvements but am still not where I need to exactly be so they recommended to continue on for some more sessions which I was happy to oblige to. I have made great strides in my health and well being since starting with FSPT in Warwood, WV and am looking forward to seeing how much more I improve. The staff here have been so much help and so professional. Hands down the best place I have done therapy at (many places over the last 7 years) and they all deserve a raise for how great they are, how much they go above and beyond and how welcoming they are!

First, DJ is a ray of sunshine, welcoming you in the door.  I then saw Emily for my first and second session to relieve pain in my hip flexor. She explained, VERY well I might add, the way your body moves and how that has an effect on different muscles. She then  explained how the different things I had to do would help me.  On my third and fourth visit, I had PT Amy.  She, too, is very knowledgeable.  She always made sure I understood the exercises, and asked if I had questions, and encouraged me to continue at home. .Great experience! When you walk in the door you're greeted by D.J. She is so sweet and tries her best to accommodate my scheduling needs. Emily has provided me with an excellent therapy plan. She is so upbeat. Amy has been my therapist. She always makes sure I do my exercises properly. She always asks if I need a break. She is awesome. FSPT Warwood is outstanding. Emily and Amy are knowledgeable and professional with great personalities too. Was a great place to rehab with heel and Achilles tendon pain. I would highly recommend them. The facility is clean and well fitted for whatever your need.

I would recommend First Settlement PT in Warwood to anyone in need of physical therapy. The staff is professional and competent, but more than that, they listen and care about your overall well-being. You receive individualized attention for a full one hour session, and the time goes by quickly because of the friendly and compassionate care you receive. The facility is clean and has the equipment they need to give top quality care. I am always greeted by everyone and Amy, who has been overseeing my sessions, always inquires and notes how I'm doing. She is also very conscientious and considerate of any pain or discomfort I am experiencing. However, at the same time she encourages me to do more than I thought I could and she is always right there with a watchful eye and helpful advice. I have gone to Emily specifically for TMJ and back pain and she has been exactly what I needed. She is knowlageable in her field, great at explaining how things are connected and how the body works. I’m a hairdresser and I have a ton of pain in my shoulders and neck. I have been going to FSPT for a few weeks now and I’m completely pleased with the progress we have made on my journey to making this body feel better for the long run. These lady’s break it down and explain how things should work and they watch to make sure I’m doing it correctly. I have not received this type of care from other PT places I have been and that’s big for me! I truly appreciate the one on one sessions every visit also! ALL you lady’s in that office rock! I transferred in from the National Road clinic due to personal reason however those ladies were amazing! Upon my first visit in Warwood- despite the notes in my chart- I really appreciate Emily going through lite stretches with me and completing her own exam before jumping in and treating me. Emily has taught me different stretches and movement for long term muscle movement without pain or discomfort. As she performs each task with me she educates me on what we are going to do, how we are going to do it, and the benefits of it both short term and long term. She is so patient and yet motivating. The scheduling staff at both National Road and Warwood have been amazing at working with my schedule. I have had so much improvement since beginning Physical Therapy here and recommend everyone in need of Physical Therapy to attend FSPT. Everyone is kind, patient, understanding and Knowledgeable. Even if it’s a little ways away, I highly recommend this warwood branch of FSPT. Emily and Amy are awesome. You’re treated as a friend, as much as a patient. She is always there for me from calls to when I am there.Emily for helping me get from Not being able to walk to running a 5k. Emily rocks!!
