Our experience with the FSPT Team was wonderful. My elderly mother fell and fractured her shoulder. After multiple sessions with Charlee and Kevin, my mother is now able to raise her arm and comb her hair again which was not expected. Also, Charlee went beyond her duties and learned to greet my mother in her native language which made my mother very happy. Kalyn was my main therapist. She was very kind & helpful. She encouraged me to keep a steady exercise routine of all procedures that will continue to help me with my planter fasciitis problem. The other therapist who help with one session and all other personnel were very welcoming & pleasant. If I would ever need anymore treatment I would choose to return to FSPT. Thank you. The therapists at First Settlement are rock stars!  If you need physical therapy make this your first and only stop.  They are knowledgeable, change exercise  routines based on your ever changing needs, and are very friendly. Brought granddaughter in for a knee injury.  FSPT discovered she had another issue that may have triggered this injury.  If not treated, this underlying issue could have possibly caused permanent damage. Walking with corrected inserts, definitely can see the difference since her first visit.  Thanks so much!
