One of the best PT clinics around. Have been to other clinics that treat you more like a number than a person. Very attentive to my concerns and goals. EVERY staff member is professional and excels at what they do. This is my second injury that I've chosen the Logan FSPT team to help me with. Cole is one of the best!! First Settlement really helped me with my back issues more than other therapy I have received.They really Evaluated and understood my specific issues and gave me realistic daily exercises to do. Thanks to them I can now sleep through the night and have to rely on pain meds very little. That is a huge improvement. There are no words that can explain how wonderful FSPT-Logan is. They are caring, compassionate, and professional…ALL OF THEM (Cole, Steven, Hope, Morgan, and Aaron)! I’ve been going to them for a little short of a decade and have had PT for knee, shoulder, back, hip, neck and vestibular rehab through them and I’ve had nothing short of excellent care. These folks have helped push me through some really hard times and they’ve been understanding and accommodating for my special needs. To be truthful there is not enough nice things I can say to express my gratitude for this facility and there amazing employees. I had a great time at First Settlement Physical Therapy Of Logan. They treated me great and felt like family. Everyone of them helped me get back to 100% after my total knee replacement. While in therapy for one condition there was need to modify my therapy due to other mobility issues. Not only did Steven modify the exercises and carefully choose appropriate ones, he modified the tools I used to increase comfort and reduce risk of pain or injury. Completed 8 weeks of PT with First Settlement when I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease. I found the staff very welcoming and the therapist very knowledgeable and professional. I went into therapy nervous,worried and doubtful they could help me. After months of therapy and the patience of Stephen and Kim I was amazed. They are so knowledgeable and patient. I actually enjoyed going to therapy and even missed it once I was all cleared. Hope is fantastic at the desk and very accommodating with scheduling and insurance. Her bubbly personality and friendliness makes a huge difference when walking in there. I have heard great things about this place. I have family who have been at your facility. Yesterday when I drove by I seen one of your therapist working with a patient outside apparently working with a patient running laps around the building. I thought WOW! First off the staff actually listens to you and taylor's the the program to fit your specific needs. All the therapist I dealt with we're very caring and considerate. The only negative would be that the equipment is older and could use an upgrade. I particularly like that they share information about all clients, so that no matter with whom you work you are getting the best of care. The staff gave me one on one direction to improve range of motion, making me feel comfortable and safe with each new exercise, encouraging me every step of the way. Go in as a stranger, leave as family. Kim, Stephen, Mark and Ally are very knowledgeable and compassionate. They have really helped me in getting my strength back from my back surgery and ankle surgery. Hope is the greatest! She always works around my schedule to get me the days and times that I need. So I had my Achilles' tendon repaired which required extensive therapy.  Living in Canal Winchester, I have a small commute in order to teach in Logan.  I had checked on a few places near my area in CW, but decided on FSPT. I am so glad that I did.  You walk in perhaps not knowing anyone, but are a little sad when you're all healed up and it's time to say goodbye.  That's the kind of relationship building that each and every customer/patient values, and FSPT does it best.  Take your concerns, your worries, even your corny jokes, and they will go above and beyond meeting your needs and concerns. I have been using First Settlement for the rehabilitation of my elbow and the staff is top notch. They are very professional and listen very well to any concerns and questions that I may have had. I've never had therapy with this level of knowledge and expertise as I have had with them. Katie is an excellent therapy assistant. She is very caring and knowledgable. She keeps things fun also. Even though you are working hard it doesn't seem like it. Steven and Kim (therapist) also pay attention and help out as needed for my treatments. They have been great as well. Kim at the desk is always willing to accommodate me for scheduling. She makes me feel like working around my other stuff is not a big deal. Most places are not willing to do that. Overall this is the best place therapy place I have ever seen. My experience with all the employees at First Settlement Physical Therapy in Logan, Ohio. The receptionist upon arrival is very warm and always helpful. All the physical therapists that I have worked with; Kim, Katie, and Steven have all been great throughout my work with them. They all are very knowledgable, helpful, and motivating in their work. Fun atmosphere. Therapists take time to really listen and help so as to not cause further injury and really actually heal on a long-term basis.
