Services Offered: Pre-Job Placement Evaluations Evaluates new hires within the guidelines of the Americans with Disabilities Act to catch injuries before they occur through evaluation of a new employee’s past medical history and current functional levels. Fit For Duty Evaluations This evaluation determines if an employee who has experienced an extended absence due to medical reasons is safe to return to his or her current position. Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE) This Evaluation can assess safe maximum ability to work, determine appropriateness of light duty/transitional work assignments, determine readiness to return to full duty, and assure ADA compliace. Work Reconditioning This program is designed to prepare the worker for a safe return to the work force. It aims to lower risk and recurrence of injury. Functional Job Analysis (FJA) This Evaluation can assess safe maximum ability to work, determine appropriateness of light duty/transitional work assignments, determine readiness to return to full duty, and assure ADA compliance. Education and Training Programs A series of programs designed to teach safety, proper body mechanics/lifting techniques, ergonomic principles, exercise, management and communication skills. Suitable for both employees and management.
